Custom Firmware 5.03 Prometheus-3 v2 for PSP2000 & PSP3000

Update: Custom Firmware 5.03 Prometheus-3 (v2) has just been released by liquidzigong to fix the booting back to the XMB issue.


PSP Developer Liquidzigong has released Prometheus-3 for PSP-3000 and PSP-2000 TA088v3 users on firmware 5.03. Like the other releases you need to be running OFW 5.03 and have custom firmware 5.03 GEN-C installed. FW 5.03 is needed so you can run a VSH tiff exploit like ChickHEN R2 or MHUSpeed. This new Custom Firmware 5.03 Prometheus-3 update will run all the latest 6.30 & 6.31 games. You shouldn’t get anymore 80010087 start error codes if you try and run a 6.30 or 6.31 game

Installation:

Install and run ChickHEN (or MHUSpeed)

Install CF 5.3 GEN-C (if not already installed)

Extract the files in the Prometheus-3 5.03 to PSP / GAME

Start the Prometheus installer

Install 5.03 Prometheus-3 by pressing the Cross button
